I was unable to pay the $19.99 membership during the summer and I cancelled the same day my cc was charged. I have sent 3 emails since that time with no response.

I did receive one automated email informing me that I will receive a response within 24 hours, but nothing happened. I was planning on starting the membership once my son started school and the payment for summer camp ended, but I cannot get a response from the company now.

I am not sure what else to do, but I would love to have the $19.99 refunded since the account has not been used in over 3 weeks. Can I please get a response to my email or a phone call?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
